Parking Too!

Dear Mr. Komanoff:

Once you secure the bridges I hope you can take your crusade to the streets. I would like to see the city permittng on-street parking only to those who have paid for the privilege. Out-of-state plates would pay a higher 'User Fee' as a disincentive for all those who can afford (and do) to save $ with non-NY registration & insurance. They ain't playin' fair.
