If this plan is all Mayor Bloomberg can think of, then he should NOT be mayor. The NYC taxpayers pay him to help the budget with new ways, but all he can do is raise the taxes on EVERYTHING and then put tolls for everyone.

Any IDIOT off the streets can do that, why do we need a mayor?
Raise taxes, cut jobs, and impose tolls. Make all the middle to low income families pay for everything, that's the Mayor's way.

Did Bloomberg buy his budget plans for a dollar off the streets? If he did, he should get a refund and go think of one.

Part of the Bloomberg does not know anything about being mayor Advocacy.
